On January 11 and 12, 2016 the Directorate for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) launched the procedure drafts for:
• the National Multi-annual Program for the establishment and the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the rural environment
• the Program for the development of entrepreneurship abilities among the young persons and the facilitation of access to funding – START
• the Program for the development and the modernization of the product-sales activities and services on the market, with the aim to develop the public debates.
The Directorate for SME proposes the new national multiannual program for the establishment and the development of small and medium-sized companies in the rural environment, the main objective of the de minimis scheme being to stimulate and support the creation and development of the private economic structures incorporated in the rural environment. That would take place by creating jobs and SMEs in the rural environment, facilitating the access of SMEs of the rural environment to the funding sources, in the context of diminish the economic discrepancies between the rural and urban environments.
The program for the development of entrepreneurship abilities among the young persons and for the facilitation of their access to funding – START encourages and stimulates the incorporation and development of the small and medium-size enterprises. The commercial companies (micro-enterprises, small and medium-size enterprises) incorporated according to the law at the most two years ago, privately owned and without financial difficulties or debts to the state budget can benefit of the START Program. By implementing the program in 2016, it is estimated that the de minimis aid would be granted to at least 114 beneficiaries.
The program for the development and modernization of product-sales activities and services on the market is a multi-annual program meant to encourage and stimulate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming at supporting the economic entities, companies and cooperatives, by facilitating their access to funding. Its objective is to improve the economic and technical performance of the economic entities. By implementing the program in 2016, it is estimated that the de minimis aid will be granted to at least 156 beneficiaries.
